IPC analyzed and benchmarked client’s records management and document destruction services for an industry leading social services client. IPC managed the migration of all services to a single national provider resulting in a 95% reduction in Records Management and Destruction Service Suppliers. The client achieved a year-over-year service cost reduction of 50%. The new service greatly improved the efficiency of records management and destruction services and reduced supplier management time through the downsizing to a single source supplier. The process also greatly reduced HIPAA and PIIdata exposure and risk through a new stringent document management and industry certified destruction process.
