Background

Leading HCM Payroll provider encountered severe challenges with the housing and management of its supplier contracts including critical support and infrastructure agreements. In addition, contract auto-renewals were unnecessarily increasing IT SaaS costs. IPC designed and contracted to develop a Supplier Contract Management and Repository System. The system was used as the main repository for all 3rd party supplier contracts. It also contained al meta-data for each agreement. The system featured a dashboard that was used to forecast all pending agreement terminations and renewals. The new system reduced unnecessary auto-renewals by +95%, greatly improved contract visibility and contract management, and became the sole and complete source of all supplier contract data.
