For an industry leading social services company, IPC performed a benchmark study of the client’s employee outsourced PC and microcomputing device management services. The benchmark study resulted in a transition to a new service provider and to a more cost-effective service delivery model. IPC completed all contract negotiations and assumed the lead project management role in the migration of over 1,500 computing devices to the new provider. Outsourced IT costs were reduced by 75%. The new provider’s process improved device management and reporting, accelerated employee device replacements, and drastically reduced the number of lost and non-returned microcomputing devices.
